Each leader brings with them a wealth of experience from our industry and commitment to building and creating lifelong relationships. They devote themselves to the operations and the people. 

We’re in the industry to truly change and impact how our restaurants operate. Giving back to the communities we’re in with charitable ties and strong core values. The basic premise of our organization is to make people happy and satisfied through the provisions of great food and genuine service to achieve our ‘People First’ Vision.

OCH has a vision and ultimate objective to provide exceptional service in a casual dining environment. However, casual dining does not mean a compromise in the level of service.
