Diversity Action Team

The OCH Community & Diversity Action Team is dedicated to bringing meaningful change to our organization and to our communities. Our team works together to improve equity and diversity by examining how our restaurant group, like countless others, has benefited from a variety of cultures. Our team brings together individuals from all of our restaurants and communities to combat systemic racism and the continuation of mistreatment across the hospitality industry.

The Community & Diversity Action Team is hard at work establishing new initiatives by providing support and a platform for BIPOC, LGBT2QIA+, and other marginalized groups within our communities by means of donations, food drops, and partnerships. We are dedicated to providing all new and existing associates with diversity training and educational opportunities. We are evaluating our organizational policies and existing relationships to ensure we are aligning ourselves with like-minded businesses who are dedicated to inclusivity.

Our team knows that we do not have all the answers, and are constantly working to better educate ourselves. We greatly appreciate any and all suggestions to be more effective as a group at achieving our goals.
